The system is made up of two parts; a web based rostering system and a local touchscreen terminal.

Clock On/Off - The system uses RFID tags to identify users and will automatically link them to their shift. It also captures a digital image to prevent ‘buddy clocking’.
Exception Management - If you’re late or early the system asks why and presents a list of configurable options. The manager can approve or reject these exceptions on a daily basis – prevents the weekly rush to sort the timesheets.
View Hours - Staff can use the system to view the hours recorded, how many holidays they have left or their rota. This prevents a lot of interruptions for the administrator or manager.
