Electronic Care Planning System

Plan2Care is the result of a unique partnership between Standex Systems, the leading provider of comprehensive paper - based care planning systems within the UK and CareBlox the innovative Care Home Management software.

The interface has been designed to be both user friendly and to look like the paper based alternatives; this provides a simple and familiar user experience that allows staff to quickly and efficiently learn the system which significantly reduces implementation issues. The simple design coupled with the experience brought from both parties provides a greater level of compliance, this is enhanced by control features that ensure the optimum care is provided at all times.

This is achieved using our virtual manager system which constantly monitors the care plans and associated activities and builds task lists and then tracks completion, raising any necessary alarms if any tasks are not completed. Common tasks are completed using friendly wizards; however the Plan2Care software uses these carefully to ensure that any care plan remains unique and always person centered.

Although specialist needs such as dementia are already catered for, add on forms are available for a wide range of special areas. In essence the system provides a time saving solution through its simplicity, web based software and innovative interface. It also removes one of the main barriers to changing to electronic care planning as it is paid for via a simple monthly subscription with no large up front costs for licensing and maintenance.
