The fundamental core of the CareBlox Allowance system is the ability to track account transactions and provide statements and receipts. Not only can withdrawals, transfers and deposits be made to individual accounts but the batch system speeds up the process of recording transactions between multiple clients and a sole provider, for example a hairdresser or newsagents.
Lost and Found - As well as managing clients' personal finances, CareBlox Allowance also tracks and records valuable items entrusted to the Home and lost property.
On entering the system the main client screen provides the administrator with a list of all their clients and a balance summary as quick reference. The client viewer screen is a great place to get an overview or to spot at a glance any anomalies which can be examined in further depth within the system.
